会議室の管理はなかなか難しい。今やWebからの予約は簡単に出来るものも多いが、様々なスケジューラーとの連動が出来て欲しいし、会議室にいる時にはその場で素早く会議室を予約したり延長したりしたい。また、利用されていない会議室の予約をそのまま放置しているとどんどん予約が難しくなってくる。
そんな会議室管理のあれこれを解決しようというのがRobinだ。Robinは会議室管理のソフトウェアで、Office365やGoogle Apps、Exchangeなど様々なスケジューラーと連携できる。また、写真のように会議室前の壁にかけておくのにも適したデザインとなっている。Robinを利用して予約した会議室に関しては利用状況が可視化できるようになるため、より効率な会議室の運営も可能になる。
