様々なメッセンジャーアプリのリリースにより、今や多くのユーザがSMSなどのメッセンジャー上でのやり取りにシフトしている。販売チャネルや問い合わせのチャネルもそれに伴ってメッセンジャー上に移行してきているが、大量の問い合わせに対して人海戦術で応えるのは難しいためボットを作成して対応させるというのは一つの有効な方策だろう。
しかしながら、自らの業務にフィットして複数のプラットフォームに対応したボットをイチから作るのはいささか骨の折れる作業だ。
Dexterは会話形式で簡単にボットを作ることができるサービスを提供する。SMS、Slackなど様々なサービスに対応させることも可能とのことだが、2016年8月現在はWaitingListでユーザを受付中だ。
