ユーザはRipcordに番号のついたダンボールに文書を入れて送るだけ。するとRipcord側でそれらをすべてスキャンしてくれる。あとはユーザ自身がそれらを簡単に検索し、提出を求められたときにはそれらを見せることができるとのことだ。価格は1ページあたり月額0.4セントとのことだ。
